Rated 5 out of 5 by Lois111 from Great Customer Service! The needle that punctures the bottom of K cups broke off in one of my Brewers. I had to contact Keurig for a replacement part. They were easy to reach by phone, easy to work with, and the replacement part arrived in 2-3 days. I was able to insert the part quickly, and was right back to brewing my favorite K-cups!
