Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service Similar to other folks, my reservoir was damaged in the dishwasher even though it stated that it was dishwasher safe. I called them and they are sending a replacement via Fed Ex - Nice!

I called customer support and was amazed how he handled my problem and sent me a new tank no charge. He handled it very quick and was very polite. You don't get this from customer support anymore. Way to go Keurig customer for life here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bravo Keurig! My reservoir slipped from my hands, fell on the floor and broke. A representative saw to it that I receive a new one free of charge. Within one week I had a brand new one, completely free of any charge, and was drinking coffee again.

I emailed them wanting to be sure to order the correct part and they offered to replace the part free of charge. Such amazing customer service.

Not only did they do that, they offered a free box of coffee. When I got the package, it had a coupon in it for $2.50 off my next purchase. Customer service rep was super friendly.
