I just called to ask for help replacing my water tank because it has been dropped and got cracked. with my visa card in hand ready to fully pay and to my SURPRISE, the customer service rep says we r going to just ship this out to you for free as a courtesy. I called customer support and was amazed how he handled my problem and sent me a new tank no charge. He handled it very quick and was very polite. You don't get this from customer support anymore. Way to go Keurig customer for life here.
