I started reading reviews and saw that Keurig would stand by their product. So I called and the customer service rep was very gracious and will send one out when it's in stock! Excellent service! I just called to ask for help replacing my water tank because it has been dropped and got cracked. with my visa card in hand ready to fully pay and to my SURPRISE, the customer service rep says we r going to just ship this out to you for free as a courtesy. I was in shock! Thank you again Keurig for your absolutely awesome customer service!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service Similar to other folks, my reservoir was damaged in the dishwasher even though it stated that it was dishwasher safe. I called them and they are sending a replacement via Fed Ex - Nice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great job standing behind their products I got a crack in the the bottom of my water tank. I called customer support and was amazed how he handled my problem and sent me a new tank no charge. He handled it very quick and was very polite. You don't get this from customer support anymore. Way to go Keurig customer for life here.
