    Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST MACHINE EVER I was a skeptic about Keurig machines because I heard how people claim they don't last long. When I decided to buy one for my mom, I tested it out and ended up falling in love with this machine. It is soo convenient and easy to use. I love how it is touchscreen and you can control how strong or how many ounces you want in your coffee cup. I also love how easily you can clean this. You can literally break the pieces apart to clean it. I ended up buying two more of this Keurig machine for family members. I do not see how the other Keurig machines could make any better coffee than this one. It is affordable, up to date, and worth the money. I also love how you get your first 5 Kpods for 50% off for buying this machine. I've had my machine for almost a year now and it still works just as amazing because I take care of it. It never molded or anything. Your machine will definitely depend on how well you take care of it. Don't be lazy and this machine will last you forever. I saved so much money and time not going to Starbucks. I also get to control how much milk I put into my cup, which is great for my stomach. Each cup is only about $1 or less, sooo amazing. I love Keurig!

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Don't care for the new wrap around water container I prefer my original brewer because the side water container was much easier to remove and replace. I have the brewer on my kitchen counter. It is difficult to fill due to the cabinet above it's location. I would move it but I don't have free open counter space to relocate it.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from I took it back I've owned and been happy with a Keurig K72 for about 4 years. It has proved reliable and low maintenance. With this as background I purchased a K250 as a Christmas Gift for my daughter. But then, ahead of Christmas, I read about 50 reviews of the K250 and noticed that the only 5 star reviews are from people who just started using them. And those are the minority of the reviews. Most reviews are from folks who have owned the K200/250 for 6 months to two years and most of those complain about issues caused by poor design or lack of durability. Not wanting to risk giving a gift that would become a problem, I took it back for a refund. There are still some K73s available on line. I might purchase another K72 instead.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointed...many flaws This keurig worked well for 6 months.then it, was downhill from there. Even with suggested routine maintenance it no longer brewed the correct amount of coffee. It then started with messages about "water under pressure" and would not work until suggested maintenance done...even though it was just done recently. would very frequently tell me that routine maintenance was needed...even though it had just been done. At times it would say that the pod I was using was not the correct one...even though it was the standard pod for a keurig . Too many problems and unpredictable. Would not recommend this specific model.. I have owned other keurig previously with was great.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from excited to sad I got this a year ago for christmas. It now wont make Carafes. If I mess with it a couple of days and hold my mouth just right, I might get one. I am very disappointed in this one. My first one that I bought 5-6 years ago was very good. Wish I still had it. Now I dont know if I want to invest in one again.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse coffee brewing system I've ever used. I bought this machine two months ago. Worse machine ever. The pod needle constantly clogs. I get an error message at least every 3 - 5 cups and end up with 1/2 cup of coffee. The message is "brewing was interrupted" which means the pod can't be used again. I like to put my cream and sugar in the mug and let the coffee entering the mug mix it up. I often end up dumping the mug of coffee because there are so many grounds I can't drink it. I had to purchase a small mesh strainer to go over my coffee mug because of the constant coffee grounds that dump into my coffee. This machine is total garbage. For the amount of money I paid it's a total rip off. Step up to the plate Keurig and send everyone who purchased this machine in good faith a full refund.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problems This machine is nothing but problems. First the needle on dispenser constantly get clogged, then when the machine tells you to replace the water filter it is not to be found. Then the web site is of no help.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed completely! My original Keurig had given up after a long and glorious carreer - at 3:00 a.m. So, I jumped in the car and headed for Wal-Mart. They had a free standing display of the"new" 2.0 at a good price so I got one. From the moment I unpacked it, the nightmare began and it never ended. My.son had thrown away the packaging, naturally, so I just got to"eat" that money. At age 70, it was really hard to swallow!! No wonder the warranty is limited!!! Mine didn't make it 9 days, much less 90.
