Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Customer Service I bought a Keurig 2.0 K400 Brewing System in August 2017 and have loved it since the very first cup. However, starting near the end of January 2018 the display screen started having yellow horizontal lines on it and it became increasingly difficult to read what was on the screen. I sent an email to Keurig Customer Service and they followed up within only a couple hours with a phone call to me. The Customer Service person told me that most likely a sensor that controls the screen was going bad but not to worry because they were sending me a brand new Keurig and that all I would need to do was to return the K-cup holder from my old machine once my new machine arrived. My new machine arrived 2 days later as promised. I am one extremely satisfied Keurig customer and can’t begin to say enough good things about their Customer Service...FANTASTIC!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT SERVICE DEPT.! My Keurig went bad after having it for about 4 months with a white blank screen and couldn't see nothing on it. I would unplug it and restart it but still the screen went blank. I called Keurig and their sending me a new one but asked that I send the thing that holds the coffee pod back, and I said sure. Great Service Dept. I'm truly so thankful because I couldnt afford another one. Thank you Keurig :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent customer service! I bought the new k400 2.0 ran the first clean cup. Got my order of coffee the next day it did not work. The button on the display was light but would not do anything. I did not get to try my first cup of coffee with a Keurig yet. I called and they are sending me a new one. Looking toward to my first cup! I would recommended the products because of the excellent customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE We have had our keurig for 2.5 years. The bar code reader went bad from using a Walmart re-usable k-cup and they sent us a whole new system at no charge even after the 1 year warranty was up. Thank you Keurig!!!!

We called customer service & my husband was thrilled when after they couldn't fix the problem they said they would send us a new replacement. I miss my Keurig and can't wait to get it!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Who doesn't love their Keurig I got my keurig last year as a house warming gift. We use it everyday until last night. I was able to make, well my son made me a cup of coffee. My son noticed that he was not able to change the cup size. I told him just brew at what size it is stuck on. When we unplugged it to see if it just needed to be reset, well that is when the touch screen would not come on. The power button on the bottom right corner was the only thing on but was not responding. Tried everything to get it to come back but I got frustrated and gave up and went to bed. Call this afternoon to see if there were trouble shooting tips I need to do to get my keurig up and running. I spoke with the most delightful representative ever. Lot of company's need to get customer service pointers from that gal. She made my day. This momma has to suffer a few days without my keurig. But I am happy that it was still under warranty and that I will receive a replacement. Thank you so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service I have had a Keurig for years. Upgraded in January, had issues with the display, received a replacement. Issues with the 2nd, getting a replacement. Both times when I have called the service reps have been extremely friendly and helpful. So even though I've had issues with the equipment I'll remain a customer thanks to the great service!
