The brewer also features a large 70 ounce water reservoir, 2.4 inch color touch display, programmable clock, an auto brew option and a strength control setting for brewing bolder coffee. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Who doesn't love their Keurig I got my keurig last year as a house warming gift. We use it everyday until last night. I was able to make, well my son made me a cup of coffee. My son noticed that he was not able to change the cup size. I told him just brew at what size it is stuck on. When we unplugged it to see if it just needed to be reset, well that is when the touch screen would not come on. The power button on the bottom right corner was the only thing on but was not responding. Tried everything to get it to come back but I got frustrated and gave up and went to bed. Call this afternoon to see if there were trouble shooting tips I need to do to get my keurig up and running. I spoke with the most delightful representative ever. Lot of company's need to get customer service pointers from that gal. She made my day. This momma has to suffer a few days without my keurig. But I am happy that it was still under warranty and that I will receive a replacement. Thank you so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service I have had a Keurig for years. Upgraded in January, had issues with the display, received a replacement. Issues with the 2nd, getting a replacement. Both times when I have called the service reps have been extremely friendly and helpful. So even though I've had issues with the equipment I'll remain a customer thanks to the great service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Customer Service I bought my system a year and a half ago. We have used it every day since then and love it so much. When it stopped brewing I called to trouble shoot and found out that my system was still under warranty and would be receiving a brand new better system. The agent was wonderful, polite and very kind. I will forever be a keurig customer. I even bought my daughter one for her apartment while away at college. Thank you!!!

The customer service agent was very polite. When I called customer service the agent told me my warranty had expired but she extended my warranty and is sending me a replacement. I would 100% recommend Keurig to anyone and everyone

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Starts mornings with ease! This works fantastic! I really enjoy my Keurig! This is my second Keurig I have owned. My 4 children can make their own hot chocolate!! Only downfall is that I've noticed that after a year of having this product it NEVER gives you the correct amount of water(ounces) it shows!? Everything else is great. Hopefully Keurig can help me resolve this issue for myself and for anyone else having this issue.

The agent I spoke to was very professional and courteous. Without hesitation he resolved my dilemma. Very pleased with customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Customer Service I purchased my Keurig 2.0 for a brand new kitchen we just installed. I had it only six months and it stopped brewing. I called customer service and they helped me try to solve the brewing issue. When we couldn't resolve the issue, the told me they would send a replacement. I waited for the replacement and there was a problem. I called them back and without hesitation, they re-ordered the device. This company and customer service is outstanding. I have never dealt with an organization that stands by it's product 1000%. This is my third Keurig brewer. My two older brewers still work. One is in the family room and the other is in my office. The replacement will sit in my new kitchen. I love keurig and my family loves the brewing system, the pods and all the accessories. Keep up the great work!!!

Shout out to the customer service representative for assistance and professionalism in assessing the problem and issuing a warranty replacement. I'm hoping this replacement has no issues and keeps me brewing!!
