The brewer also features a large 70 ounce water reservoir, 2.4 inch color touch display, programmable clock, an auto brew option and a strength control setting for brewing bolder coffee. There’s even a separate setting for hot cocoa and other specialty beverages like chais and mochas. Choose from more than 250 varieties of coffee, tea and specialty beverages — including iced beverages — from over 40 brands you know and love. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Starts mornings with ease! This works fantastic! I really enjoy my Keurig! This is my second Keurig I have owned. My 4 children can make their own hot chocolate!! Only downfall is that I've noticed that after a year of having this product it NEVER gives you the correct amount of water(ounces) it shows!? Everything else is great. Hopefully Keurig can help me resolve this issue for myself and for anyone else having this issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great warranty Have been very happy with my Keurig but suddenly it decided to abruptly stop working. After I exhaused all attempts to revive it, I had to call the company. The agent I spoke to was very professional and courteous. Without hesitation he resolved my dilemma. Very pleased with customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Customer Service I purchased my Keurig 2.0 for a brand new kitchen we just installed. I had it only six months and it stopped brewing. I called customer service and they helped me try to solve the brewing issue. When we couldn't resolve the issue, the told me they would send a replacement. I waited for the replacement and there was a problem. I called them back and without hesitation, they re-ordered the device. This company and customer service is outstanding. I have never dealt with an organization that stands by it's product 1000%. This is my third Keurig brewer. My two older brewers still work. One is in the family room and the other is in my office. The replacement will sit in my new kitchen. I love keurig and my family loves the brewing system, the pods and all the accessories. Keep up the great work!!!

Shout out to the customer service representative for assistance and professionalism in assessing the problem and issuing a warranty replacement. I'm hoping this replacement has no issues and keeps me brewing!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from more options than I received this as a replacement for my other one after my touch screen stopped working. I like this one better. It has more cup sizes (even for hot water only), temp choice, and it has a favorites setting. I like having a fresh cup of coffee as needed instead of brewing a whole pot for 1 cup. Great Coustomer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect coffee no acid I give it 5 stars for the excellent Brewing I get out of it the only negative I have on it is it the pads for the feet could be a little bit bigger so it sits up about an inch higher so I can get a 16 ounce thermal stainless steel mug underneath it.
