The brewer has other great features including an extra large 80 ounce water reservoir, 2.8 inch color touch display, programmable clock, an auto brew option and a strength control setting for brewing bolder coffee. There’s even a separate setting for hot cocoa and other specialty beverages like lattes and mochas. The K500 model also has a customizable night light in the water reservoir and offers hot water on demand. So many options to choose from — not at all like a typical coffee maker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Display acting up I had bought my Keurig less than a year ago and the display started acting up and it has made a strange noise during the brew cycle since day 1 of the purchase so I called Customer Service about this and on the phone less than 10 minutes and they are sending a brand new unit. That is just so AWESOME!!!! Thank you Keurig.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Customer Service My machine started acting up as far as the electronics go, so I called to see if they could give me any suggestions, even though my machine was out of warranty, she went ahead and replaced it anyway! I also order my k-cups thru them and once had a bad batch, they replaced those as well, no questions asked. I would reccommend to anyone!

The brewer was replaced under warranty! My confidence in Keurig as a company is restored. Thank you for taking your time with me, since coffee is a very important part of my life.

The conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. I wasn't put on hold. My problem was taken care of immediately. Thank you Keurig/Cuisinart. I love my machine and I love this company!
