Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have "THREE" Rivos - You think I love it!!!! My mother and I always to used to go to that expensive coffee chain for Cappuccinos with "lots of foam". My mother now chooses my cappuccino over theirs -- nice compliment Keurig. And, yes, I do have three Rivos -- my first one at home, I then bought one for my office (where others now enjoy the machine) and I also purchased one for a small mom and pop inn on Hollywood Beach that I operate at night and on the weekends (nice way to start the day -- cappuccino while watching the sun rise. Now, my husband, who loves DD coffee, loves to whisper in my ear in the morning on the weekends -- you think you could make me a cappuccino -- happy husband -- happy life (it's the little things). Thank you for adding some "me time" to my hectic life at any time of the day!!!! And I agree, Keurig rocks. P.S. We even have a Keurig 2.0 in my office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No complaints! Love the whole system. I wonder if the people who complained about the frother not working had it plugged in correctly. If the frother is not pushed in where it belongs the beeper sounds and it does not work. Just reinsert and it works wonderfully well. FYI I have purchased the Keurig K cup, the Espresso machine and another one for a gift. All work well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy to use and perfect results This pitcher and the Rivo system works amazing. Anytime you want a perfect espresso or cappuccino it's ready within a couple of minutes and there's no work. all you do is push the button doesn't get any better than that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little frother When using whole milk, the froth is that of more than a latte', not a cappuccino. So choose the cappuccino setting and you'll get a nice latte'. Lower fat milks should whip better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from "Valid Reason Why Cup Not Made of Glass" I have been a been a big fan of Keurig coffee makers for several years now, & would like to simply give a few simple things to think about for everyone out there that has suggested that the Keurig Company manufacture the frothing cup for the " Rivo" Espresso/ Cappuccino machine that has recently come out on the market in glass. I did a lot of research reading on-line, as well as going into different stores when considering my purchase of some type of Espresso machine. The "Rivo", was the BEST , by far. Best price, best features, great company reputation!!!! Spoke to a MGR. in a store recently that sells every type coffee maker on the market from the least inexpensive to most costly espresso machines( some costing in the $1000.00's of dollars). His comment was that they are a non commission store( so he has nothing to gain by telling me his opinion either way on which is the better one for the money. He stated that Keurig machines are almost never returned, & since the "Rivo" machine has been sold in their store, not a single one has been returned. Pretty good record I would say!!!! As far as the plastic container is concerned, he said he spoke to a Keurig Rep. & the Rep. stated that they would worry that some customer would possibly put ice into the frothing container after frothing milk( while it then would be very hot) causing the container to break & the consumer to be cut & injured!!! Consequently, too much liability for the company. So they will NEVER make the container out of glass, I was told. It does make sense since at times, consumers don't think or have common sense. Plastic does wear out sooner, so just buy additional frothing cups( not expensive on- line). Happy brewing! Hope this helps you. Just adore my "Rivo" System!!! "Rock on , Keurig"!
