Q. Do I need to drain the brewer when moving it from one location to another?

A. Yes, we recommend that the brewer be drained before transportation or storage.
Be sure to unplug the brewer before draining. The hot water can be very hot so please exercise caution.

Q. I get the message “ TCO OPEN-CONTACT SERVICE” why is this?

A. It is likely that the brewer was drained and then not primed. You need to go through the prime sequence. Enter the Menu mode and answer YES to the question “HAS THE BREWER BEEN DRAINED” then proceed as directed on the LCD screen.

Q. Can I sell the B200 on my website?

A. No, the B200 is designated as an Away from home brewer per your Keurig KAD agreement, thus it can not be offered for sale on the internet-similar to the B2003

Q. How can I use the brewer in vend mode?

A. You need to purchase the Coin Acceptor kit # 5063 from Keurig. This unit can accept 5¢, 10¢, 25¢ US and Canadian as well as the $1 Canadian coin and the small Keurig token. The price can be set in 5¢ increments.
