We�ve made it simple and easy, you don�t have to sign-up and there are no membership fees! You are automatically enrolled in the Keurig Coffee Club the first time you order K-Cup� portion packs as our way of saying thank you for being a loyal Keurig.com customer!

Here�s How it Works:
As a member of the Coffee Club, you will earn points for the K-Cups you purchase on Keurig.com. You will earn 25 points for every large K-Cup� box and 5 points for every sample pack you purchase. Your points are applied when your order is shipped and billed.

We keep track of the points you earn and the points you redeem. You can see your point balances by logging-in and visiting the MY ACCOUNT section at Keurig.com. You will see two point balances:

Automatically, you become a Gold member of the Keurig Coffee Club when your first K-Cup order from Keurig.com is shipped and billed. As a Gold member you will receive 10% off all purchases of 4 or more large K-Cup boxes. (This also qualifies you for our free ground shipping offer.)

Once you earn 500 Coffee Club points your discount gets even better! You will become a Platinum member and receive 15% off purchases of 4 or more large K-Cup boxes (This also qualifies you for our free ground shipping offer.)

As a member of the Coffee Club, not only do you get a discount on K-Cups, but you can also take advantage of two great benefits for being such a loyal customer!

After logging-in to Keurig.com, every K-Cup box you purchase earns you 25 points and every sample pack you purchase earns you 5 points. Your points will be applied to your account when the applicable K-Cup order is shipped and billed. Note: points are not awarded for brewers, accessories or gift certificates purchased at Keurig.com.

We keep track of two point balances for you: Life-to-Date point balance and Available Point balance. Your Life-to-Date point balance is all of the points you have earned in your account since your first K-Cup purchase on Keurig.com; it identifies what membership level you are in. Your Available Point balance is the number of available points you have earned that can be traded in. These points will accumulate with every K-Cup purchase you make on Keurig.com, but you can trade these points in for a brewer discount. When you redeem your available points, the points will be deducted from your Available Point balance.

You can redeem 1,000 points from your Available Point balance to receive $70 off the purchase of a Platinum brewer. If you have over 1,000 Available Points, a message will appear in your shopping cart and in the My Account section of Keurig.com. Simply click on �Redeem this offer� in the message and a Platinum brewer will be added to your cart for $99.95. If you have enough Available Points to redeem more than one Platinum brewer for $99.95, you will need to click on the link each time you want to add a Platinum brewer to your cart.

All members have the ability to receive free K-Cups. For every 6 large K-Cup boxes you purchase during one shopping session you have the opportunity to add 1 free sample pack to your cart. You can choose your sample pack(s) during that shopping session. All you need to do is add 6 or more large K-Cup boxes and 1 or more sample pack(s) to your cart. You�ll see the discount applied in your cart. If you add more sample packs than allotted, you will be charged for them.

It�s simple. All you have to do is log-in as a customer and purchase 4 or more large boxes of K-Cups. If you are logged-in, your shopping cart will show that the appropriate discount (10% or 15%) has been applied to the K-Cup portion of your order.

As soon as you earn 500 Coffee Club points you will automatically be upgraded to Platinum Membership.

Coffee Club points are not transferable and may not be combined among Coffee Club members, their successors or assigns. Accrued points do not constitute property of the member and are not transferable by the member (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations order, or (iii) otherwise by operation of law. Points and the awards and benefits of the Coffee Club are void where prohibited by law.
Keurig, Incorporated is the final authority on qualification for point credit and reserves the right to deny or revoke point credit at any time if it determines that point credit was improperly given.
Keurig, Incorporated may, in its sole discretion, change the Coffee Club terms, conditions, awards and special offers at any time with or without notice. This means that the accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to such points, awards or club benefits. In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award, award level or benefit of membership. Any award, award level or benefit may be withdrawn or made subject to increased point requirements or new restrictions at any time. Keurig, Incorporated, may, among other things, (i) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any award or benefit, (ii) change Coffee Club benefits, point levels, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting point credit, or (iii) otherwise restrict the continued availability of points. Keurig, Incorporated may make any one or more of these changes at any time even though such changes may affect a member�s ability to use points that such member has already accumulated. Members are responsible for knowing the current terms and conditions of the Keurig Coffee Club in order to understand their rights, responsibilities, and status under the Coffee Club.
Members are responsible for ensuring that earned points are properly credited. If a member believes that points have been earned but not properly credited, such member may be required to submit documentation or other proof satisfactory to Keurig, Incorporated. Any claim for points not credited must be received by Keurig, Incorporated within 12 months after the points were earned.
Coffee Club Members may access and view their account status at any time on www.Keurig.com.
If Keurig, Incorporated improperly denies a member points, awards, or some other benefit of the Coffee Club, the member's exclusive remedy shall be the issuance of the improperly denied points, award or benefit, if available, or such other alternative comparable benefit as determined by Keurig, Incorporated, which shall have no additional liability whatsoever. In no event shall Keurig, Incorporated be liable to any member, or anyone claiming through a member, for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of Keurig, Incorporated acts or omissions in connection with the Coffee Club.
Coffee Club points will only accrue on valid K-Cup purchases made and shipped on or after December 20, 2006 through the member's Coffee Club account. Points will not accrue on purchases of any other products, on free K-Cups shipped upon redemption of Coffee Club points, on purchases not made through the member's Coffee Club account, or on purchases made and shipped prior to December 20, 2006.
