Automatic Delivery Program
Don't risk running out of K-Cup® portion packs! We make it easy for you to have your favorite coffees,
teas and hot cocoas delivered to you automatically.
If you are logged-in, visit the My Account page and click the link CREATE AN
AUTOMATIC DELIVERY. This will bring you to a page where you can set up your AUTOMATIC DELIVERY ORDER.
- Select a name for your delivery.
- Choose your start date and your order frequency. Choose from "Same Day Every
Month" or any increment of every 2-8 weeks. (Please note that you should expect your
order 3-7 days from the processing date. If you want your order processed immediately,
select tomorrow's date.)
- Click ADD ITEMS TO ORDER to select the K-Cup varieties you would like to have
on your automatic delivery order. Please note that new and edited automatic delivery
orders require 4 K-Cup boxes. This requirement allows you to take advantage of your
Coffee Club Discount and Free Shipping!
- Please enter your billing, shipping and payment information.
- Review your order and click SAVE AUTOMATIC ORDER.
Think you might want to change or hold off on your monthly delivery from time to time? No problem. Two days before your delivery is scheduled to be processed you will receive an e-mail detailing the order. If you don’t want it, just follow the instructions to Freeze the deliveries. NOTE: once you have Frozen a monthly delivery, it will remain Frozen until you update it. You can also make changes to your monthly delivery. You may need your credit card to complete the order if you make any changes. Automatic Monthly Deliveries are charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. You can cancel or modify your monthly delivery at any time in My Account using the EDIT AUTOMATIC MONTHLY DELIVERY link.
