About e-Gift Certificates

Sending a Keurig Gift Certificate is a great way to please the coffee and tea lovers in your life

Just follow these instructions:


  1. Choose which denomination you would like to send. You can select multiple gift certificate denominations at once, up to five of each denomination per order.

  2. Add the gift certificates to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart."

  3. Choose either an electronic gift certificate or a fun e-card.

  4. Once you’ve selected which kind to send, type in the recipient and messaging information. If you have multiple gift certificates, you will be prompted for this information for each denomination you have added to your cart.

  5. Select the date you would like your gift certificate or e-card e-mailed. Please note, if you are sending other Keurig products to this recipient, please allow 5 – 7 days for shipping when selecting a send date for the gift certificates or e-cards.

  6. Next you will see your Shopping Cart, which will display where each gift certificate or e-card will be emailed.

  7. Proceed to Checkout or Continue Shopping.

Redeeming e-Gift Certificates is easy too

Just follow this simple process


Shop around our web site, and add items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. When you are finished adding items to your Cart, simply click "Checkout" and you will be able to view your Cart. Enter your gift certificate redemption code exactly as it appears on your e-card. Note: You will have to use a credit card to pay any remaining balance.

  1. Except where prohibited by law, gift certificates and any unused balance thereon expire seven (7) years from the date of issue, which date will be clearly marked on the actual gift certificate issued.

  2. Gift certificates are redeemable only toward the purchase of brewers, K-Cup® portion packs or accessories listed for sale on Keurig's web site, http://www.keurig.com, which purchases may be made through Keurig's web site or by calling 1-866-901-BREW (2739). Gift certificates are not redeemable toward the purchase of additional gift certificates.

  3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and are not transferable after activation. Any gift certificate discount offered may not be combined for multiple discounts or combined with any other offer.

  4. Keurig Gift Certificates are only available through Keurig.com or a Keurig Customer Service Representative. Gift Certificates that are not purchased directly from Keurig cannot be redeemed on www.Keurig.com.

  5. Any unused balance on a gift certificate will be placed in the recipient's Keurig account and will not be transferable.

  6. When redeeming a gift certificate, if the amount of the order exceeds the face or remaining value, as applicable, of the gift certificate, the balance of the order must be paid for with a credit card at the time the order is placed.

  7. Keurig, Incorporated is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions concerning lost or stolen gift certificates, please call Keurig Customer Service at 1-866-901-BREW (2739).

  8. Subject to applicable law, Keurig, Incorporated reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.

  9. KEURIG, INCORPORATED MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, OUR SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE.
