How To Order

Shopping on keurig.com is easy!

  1. Select

    Enter the Keurig store from the menu tabs and select the K-Cup® portion packs, brewers, accessories or gift certificates that you'd like to buy. Then, select the quantity of the items you would like from the pulldown menu and click 'Add To Cart.'

  2. Review shopping cart

    You will see your selected items listed in your shopping cart. You may change the quantities of items, add items and delete items. When you are satisfied that you have everything you would like to buy, click 'Checkout.'

  3. Sign In

    You will be brought to the Customer Sign-in Page and asked for the following during the checkout process:
    • Your email address and a password, which will make your future shopping visits even more convenient.
    • Then click on Continue Checkout


  4. Billing & Shipping Page

    You will then be brought to the Billing & Shipping Page where you will:
    • Enter in your billing information (This must be entered in exactly as it appears on your credit card statement).
    • Enter in your shipping information. If your billing and shipping addresses are the same, check the box, if not fill in complete shipping information.

    • You will then select the shipping method. The default is FedEx Ground. If your purchase is a GIFT, click on gift button and enter in a message, if not proceed to "CONTINUE"

  5. Review Your Order

    Make one last check of the order / billing information / shipping information to confirm all is accurate as once you click on "Complete Your Order" we cannot edit or cancel your order in any way.

  6. Enter in your complete credit card information



  7. Click on Complete Your Order



  8. You are now done!

    If you selected FedEx Ground you will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. Also, if you entered in a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation and once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking ability.

For Future Note...

Automatic Monthly Delivery

You may want to set up an Automatic Monthly Delivery so that you never run out of your favorite coffees or teas. This can be found in the 'Account' section when you log in.

Save Time

Remember, the next time you shop with us, you can simply log on with your email address and password to save having to type in your shipping address and other details all over again.
