Keurig.com Brewer purchases carry a and 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Keurig Brewer, you may return it to Keurig within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please Contact Customer Service prior to taking advantage of Keurig's Money Back Guarantee. Please have the brewer serial number available at the time of your call. The serial number can be found on the side of the brown shipping box or the bottom of the product box. The customer service representative will provide you with an Authorization To Return number. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted without an Authorization To Return number.
