Getting Started with your New Brewing System
Now that you've purchased your brewer, there are some things that you'll want to do to ensure
that you are registered in our warranty files, care for your new brewing system and streamline
your online experience at Keurig.com!
- To get more K-Cup® portion packs, you will want to create a user account on Keurig.com.
- Once your account is set up and you are logged in, you will want to fill out the Brewer
Registration Form using the serial number on the brewer (this will register you in our warranty files and will make any necessary service on the brewer much easier in the future).
- Next, you will need to order K-Cups® online (click here to learn how) or you can set up
an Automatic Delivery so that you'll get K-Cups delivered to your door on a schedule that works best for you.
Note that once you start ordering K-Cups from us in quantities of 4 or more 24/25 packs
per order, you'll get free shipping and you'll be included in our Coffee Club Program
which includes 10% off your K-Cup order! Continue ordering 4 or more 24/25 packs on

- To start brewing K-Cups with your new brewer, visit the Brewing page in our Explore section.
- In the future, you'll also want to remember to descale your brewer every 3 - 6 months
(click here for a PDF on how to Descale your brewer). Regularly descaling the brewer is the best way to care for this equipment.
