Shipping Policy

In stock items are shipped FedEx Ground within 48 hours from receipt of order. We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada, Guam and APO/FPO addresses

All standard orders are sent via FedEx to the U.S., P.R., U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada (except P.O. boxes). We're sorry, but we do not ship brewers to P.O. boxes, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses. All K-Cup orders sent to P.O. boxes, Guam and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. All items ordered that are in stock at the time of purchase will ship within 48 hours from the time that the order was placed.

*We require by law to collect taxes when shipping to the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI and Canada.

Online Orders to Canada: Taxes & Fees

Please note a $9.95 surcharge for documentation and brokerage fees will be applied to all orders. All Brewer and Accessory purchases shipped to Canada are also subject to additional fees. In addition to the $9.95 surcharge, Brewer purchases will have Canadian duties charged at a rate of 9% and Accessory purchases will have Canadian duties charged at a rate of 5%. Also, Canadian orders containing Brewers and Accessories will be charged Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST), as applicable based upon delivery locations. Coffee, Tea and Hot Cocoa purchases are not subject to Canadian duties or GST/PST.
