  • Who can I call regarding an issue with my Commercial brewing system?

  • Can the OfficePro (K145) and the OfficePro Premiere (K155) brewers be plumbed directly to a water line?
    No, these brewers are commercial graded, however, they do not have plumbing capabilities. Please click here for more information on the K150 and K3000se commercial brewing systems, which do have the ability to be connected to a water line.
  • What is the price of the Keurig system?
    We sell three work brewers directly online: the OfficePRO® Brewing System and V1255 Professional (for small offices) and OfficePRO® Premier Brewing System (for small-medium offices and home offices). For offices that require full service or a direct-water-line plumbed brewer, we recommend you work with our network of Keurig Authorized Distributors (KADs). Typically, distributor pricing is based on several factors including the number of employees, cups of coffee/tea consumed per day and other products ordered. Depending on your workplace’s specific situation, brewer(s) are often loaned or leased for a reasonable monthly fee, by one of our distributors. For pricing information from a local distributor, please fill out the Pricing Information Form.
  • How do I get a Keurig Brewing System for my workplace?
    There are two ways to get a Keurig Brewing System for your workplace. First, if you have a small to medium-sized office or conference room you may purchase the OfficePro® Brewing System or the OfficePRO® Premier Brewing System online. You may also purchase the OfficePRO® and OfficePRO® Premier from one of our Keurig Authorized Distributors. All of our commercial brewing systems are available through Keurig Authorized Distributors, who can install and service the brewer that fits your needs.
  • I don't see information for the B3000 brewer?
    The Keurig B3000 was replaced by the cosmetically enhanced B3000SE Brewing System in the Fall of 2009. The B3000SE and B3000 are identical in features, and both are the perfect brewer for large offices.
  • What is the difference between Keurig’s Home and Work brewers?
    Our Work brewers are commercial grade and include UL Commercial certification. They are engineered for the robust use found in commercial establishments. Our Home brewers are UL Listed for Household use only. Click here for more details.
  • How can I become a business to business distributor of Keurig Brewing Systems?
    Keurig chooses our distributors based upon several criteria that include: commitment to customer service, an established customer base, equipment service capabilities, and location. If you’re interested in becoming a distributor for office coffee service, please complete the Become a Distributor form, or contact AtWork@keurig.com for more information.
  • How do I become a Retail partner?
    Keurig is interested in partnering with the appropriate retail outlets. The Keurig Retail Sales Team has developed a qualification process for potential retail partners. Please send your requests to retailsales@keurig.com, or go to www.keurigretailqualifier.com to begin the process. After the information has been gathered, the Retail Sales Team will assess the business opportunity. A Representative will follow up to your request.
  • How do I set up a corporate account so I can be invoiced?
    Only personal accounts may be set up on Keurig.com. If you need to be invoiced for your order, we will need to connect you with one of our distributors. Please fill out the Pricing Information form and a Keurig Authorized Distributor will contact you to discuss your specific billing needs.
  • Our office has a malfunctioning Keurig brewer. Whom can we contact about it?
    If the brewer is a commercial model obtained from a Keurig Authorized Distributor (KAD), please contact that KAD for assistance. If you are not sure who your KAD is, please email AtWork@keurig.com with your brewer’s serial number and your contact information. If the brewer is a B145/OfficePRO®, V1255 Professional or OfficePRO® Premier model purchased directly from Keurig and is within its one-year warranty, please contact Keurig Customer Service for assistance.
  • How do I purchase a brewer if I am tax exempt?
    Our home brewers are designed and specified for home use only. They are not UL Listed for an office environment and should not be used in one. Using a home brewer in an office would also void the warranty. Therefore, we are unable to honor a tax exemption for our home-use products. If you plan to use your Brewer in an office or commercial setting, we recommend purchasing a Keurig Commercial Brewer. We can honor your tax exemption for the purchase of a commercial brewer. It is required that the billing name on the account for the order is the same business name that is on the tax exemption certificate. Please note, you will be charged tax on your first order. To have the taxes credited to your account, please contact Customer Service to arrange this credit. You will be required to fax your tax exemption certificate within 3-5 business days. Forms received after 10 business days will only be honored for future orders placed. Once you have been approved and set up as a tax exempt customer, you may continue to see your orders calculate sales tax but you will not be invoiced for tax. We’re sorry, Resale Certificates are not acceptable for exemption for orders placed on our website.
  • Are there any visible differences when brewing with a K-Cup® brewer vs. an AFH Vue® brewer?
    Yes, the Vue® System treats each beverage type uniquely. As a result, the brewing sound may be different when making a coffee versus a tea, for example. Another example is if one brews a strong coffee. The new system will slow down and pulse the brewing process. What one sees is a pulsing stream of coffee pouring into one’s cup. What one experiences is a wonderful tasting strong cup of coffee which was not possible with the previous system.
  • If I see a notification on the Cart or Shipping page saying if I order by the specified time it will ship the same day, when will my order be delivered?
    Your order delivery time will be based on the “Shipping Method” you chose on the Shipping page. Shipping methods include Home Standard, 2nd Day, and Overnight.>
  • If I don’t see same day shipping messaging on the shipping page how can I qualify for same day shipping?
    We only notify consumers when they are eligible for same day shipping, and ship it that day if the order is placed in the specified time window see Same Day Shipping Eligibility Policy, and the user has received messaging in the shipping page of checkout. We will try our best to get as many orders shipped the same day they are placed, but will only provide messaging when we are sure the consumer is eligible.

General Brewer Information

  • WHY IS WATER IMPORTANT?
    Coffee and tea are over 98% water so quality drinking water is necessary to produce a quality beverage. We don’t recommend the use of softened water or distilled water. Bottled or spring water works best when brewing with your Keurig.
    The most common concern with water for brewing is the "hardness" of the water. This refers to various natural minerals found in water such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, bicarbonate, sulfate and chloride. The number of grains of dissolved minerals changes the level of soluble solids extracted from the coffee and tea. As hard water passes through the brewer, it produces deposits of scale or lime. This reduces the life and efficiency of the equipment, and affects the brew flavor; bottled or filtered water should be used to solve this problem. Keurig also recommends descaling your brewer at least every 3-6 months depending on your water source.
  • BREWER MATERIALS

  • DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HOME BREWERS AND COMMERCIAL BREWERS
    All Keurig brewers and Keurig licensed brewers share the same innovative technology that ensures a fresh-brewed, perfect beverage every time. However, Keurig does market separate home and work brewers with features and UL certification appropriate for their intended use.
    Brewers that are engineered for home use, are UL Listed for Household use only, and thus should not be used in a commercial/office setting. In general, these brewers are designed for typical home use – including features and aesthetics most appropriate for a kitchen environment.     Keurig commercial brewers are UL Listed for Commercial use only. If you would like to purchase a brewer for a small to medium office please consider our small-medium office brewers that can be purchased directly at Keurig.com or, if you require something for your larger office, we would be happy to have a Keurig Authorized Distributor contact you.
  • USING A KEURIG BREWER AT HIGH ALTITUDES
    While Keurig brewers are made to be used at elevations up to 6,000 ft., portion packs may need to be pre-punctured prior to brewing to release the pressure inside. To do this simply drop the K-Cup® pack into the K-Cup® chamber and push down slowly so that the bottom of the K-Cup® pack is punctured by the exit needle in the bottom of the chamber. Also, the Keurig Special Edition, Ultimate, Platinum, Select and OfficePRO® Premier brewers are equipped with a temperature control so you may want to experiment lowering the brew temperature in elevated areas. Additionally, the K2.0 has a specific ‘High Altitude’ setting to enable for use in high altitudes.
