How do I change my email address?
Answer

To change your email address, sign in to your account. Within the "My Profile"” section, click the "Personal Information" link. Enter your new email address into the box and click the submit button to save your changes. This change will immediately update your email address for account login purposes. It may take up to 2 business days for this email address change to take effect for promotional email communications. Please see our privacy policy for more details.

I have two accounts, how do I merge them?
Answer
Unfortunately, once an account is set up and has orders attached to the record, we are unable to combine accounts. We would recommend selecting one account, preferably the one with the most Club Keurig™ points, and continue to use this account.

If you wish to change your email address in the future, this can be done from your account page. To change your email address, sign in to your account, click the "Personal Information" link listed under the "My Profile" box. Enter your new email address into the field and click the submit button to save your changes.
(Please note: our system will not accept changing an email to one that is already registered in our system.)

How do I change the name on the account?
Answer

To update your account name, sign into your account, click the "Personal Information" link listed under the "My Profile" box. Enter your new name in the "billing information"” section and click the submit button to save your changes. This will update your account name and the name that will appear on marketing communication from Keurig. However, due to system constraints, this will not change your default shipping name. You can enter an alternative name and address during checkout.

What can I do if I forget my password?
Answer

You have a couple of options. If you have set a password hint, you can visit the sign in page and click "Show Password Hint"” to help remind you of your password. If you would like to recover your password, you may also visit the sign in page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be directed to enter your email address and then click submit. Your password will be sent to this address.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, sign into your account and click the "Personal Information" link listed under the "My Profile"” box. Delete the information in the password field and enter your new password. You will also need to re-enter in it. Additionally, you can list a password hint that can help serve to remind you of your password.

How do I change my billing address?
Answer

To change your billing address, sign in to your account, click the "Personal Information" link listed under the "My Profile" box. Enter your new billing address information into the fields and click the submit button to save your changes.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from your email communications?
Answer
To subscribe or unsubscribe to promotional email communications, first sign in to your account. Within the "My Profile" section, click the “Communication Options” link. On the "Communication Options" page you can choose to opt-in or opt-out of receiving communications from Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, or both by checking or un-checking the boxes. Please remember to click the submit button to save your changes. By opting out of promotional email communications, you will still receive emails related to transactions including brewer registrations, order confirmations, and shipping confirmations.

Please note that if you have created a new account or updated your email address, it can take up to 2 business days for us to process your new email address. You will be able to update your communication settings after this time.
