Placing an Order


Shopping on keurig.com is easy!

  1. Browse & select
    Visit Keurig.com and browse our K-Cup®, Vue® and Rivo® packs, brewers, gifts & accessories or e-gift certificates. Select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button.

  2. Review shopping cart
    When you add items to your shopping cart, you will see a small ‘Just Added to Cart’ window surface on the page. You may either select the ‘View Cart Detail & Checkout’ button on this window to visit the cart or access it by clicking the ‘Cart’ link in the black bar at the top of the page. Once you visit the cart, you will see your selected items listed. You may change item quantity, save items for later and delete items. In order to update quantities, you need to hit the ‘Update Qty.’ button below your item list. You may also convert K-Cup®, Vue® and Rivo® packs into an Auto Delivery. When you are satisfied that you have everything you would like to buy, click the 'Checkout’ button below the order summary.

  3. Sign In
    If you are not already signed in, you will be brought to the ‘Sign in or Create an Account’ page and will be asked to sign in (if you already have an account) or to create an account.

    To sign in, you will need your username and password. To create an account, you will need an email address and password. And you will also be prompted to enter a password hint to help you if you ever forget your password.

  4. Checkout
    Next, you will be brought to the Shipping, Billing and Review & Place Order screen where you will:
       • Enter in your shipping information and choose your shipping method. (If your
          shipping and billing addresses are the same you may check the box at the end
          of this section so the information will auto-populate.) If your purchase is a gift,
          you may also choose to enter a gift message during this step. When you are
          finished, click 'Continue to Next Step.'
       • Enter in your billing information and your payment information and click 'Continue
          to Next Step.'
       • In the Review & Place Order screen, make one last check of your order and your
          information so that everything is accurate. Once you click 'Place Order,' we cannot
          edit or cancel your order in any way.
       • When you are satisfied with your order and your information, click 'Place Order.'

  5. You are now done!
    If you selected ground shipping you will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. Also, if you entered a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation with your order details. And once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking information.
