Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like new!!!! I already own a keurig but wanted to try a newer version as my current one is reaching almost 4 years old (and still running great)! This refurbished one exceeded my expectations! It was nicely packaged, and even has that “new” smell. No coffee smell and no ground coffee residue whatsoever! The one I received seems to have all new parts and is in perfect condition.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Make great coffee but a bit finicky I first purchased the K575 at the recommendation of my cousin and I absolutely love that machine. A few weeks later I decided to purchase a second one and found that they stopped making it. So I wanted a machine with the strong setting that would work with the My K Cup, but I also like the screen that lets me select my volume and I can see it on the screen. The Keurig person on the phone recommended the K200. On my K575, I can set my default cup size and strength and brew 12oz from a pod. All those features are missing on the K200, but if you can get to the Brew Select menu, you have some control. The refurbished machine showed up and looked great but had problems. I was using only official Keurig pods and Keurig My K Cup and it would give me the Oops message and also locking up. After a day of playing around I called Keurig support. They determined the machine was defective and they sent me another one right away. The second one has been a whole lot better. I still get the occasional Oops message for no reason at all, and if I brew a 16oz mug, I have to wait a minute before using the machine again or I get the Oops message. I think the security sensor window steams up. The coffee it makes is excellent, same quality cup as my K575 makes and much better than the same coffee in my drip maker. However, I wouldn't buy a machine with the security features (DRM) again, especially since I mostly use my own decaf coffee. I really like the touch screen and I understand they are moving away from it because of reliability issues. That's too bad, I would purchase a second K575 in a minute, but the K200 would have me evaluating other models before committing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works Well (When It's Not Malfunctioning) I recommend Keurig as a company, but I can't recommend the K200. I bought my K200 on December 28, 2018. Within a week of purchasing the K200, I noticed water was collecting under and around the unit. I thought perhaps I had spilled water when refilling the reservoir. After further investigation, I found that the water was leaking from within the unit and out through the base. I called Keurig and explained the problem. Credit to them, they shipped a replacement to me within a few days with little hassle. The only downside was that they couldn't ship me black, only grey. I received my replacement K200 (probably refurbished) on January 9, 2019. This one, although a litter louder, worked fine...until March 11, 2019 when the touch screen stopped responding. I could see the power button on the touch screen, but it wouldn't respond. Unplugging the K200 and plugging it back in didn't resolve the problem. After another conversation with Keurig, they sent me another replacement (still grey, though). As of yesterday (3/14/19), I am now on my third K200 in less than 3 months. I truly hope that I have better luck with this one. I really like this coffee maker when it works, but due to my past experiences, I've lost a lot of confidence in this model.
