Completed My Keurig Custom Coffee Makers will be ready to ship within 7 business days of when your order is placed. All coffee makers ship free of charge. my Keurig® Custom Coffee Makers are not eligible for promotions, and no coupons or other discounts will be valid on these items. K-Mini Plus® and K-Slim® Coffee Makers purchased through the my Keurig® Custom Coffee Maker program are not eligible for our Keurig Starter Kit program. Due to the custom printing process, we are not able to accept cancellations once my Keurig® Custom Coffee Maker orders have been placed. my Keurig® Custom Coffee Makers are not eligible for returns or refunds. If we determine that any text added to your Custom Coffee Maker violates our content policy, your order will be canceled; if this happens, you will receive a cancellation email and your card will not be charged. There are 3 ways to create your custom coffee maker using the My Keurig customization tool. The first option lets you choose a design associated with a specific brewer model, then personalize it with your choice of colors and text. The second lets you choose a specific brewer, then personalize it with your selected design, color and text. The third allows you to upload your own image or artwork to the sides of your selected brewer. You can add text on your uploaded design as well. No matter which customization option you choose, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind coffee maker that reflects your unique personality.

Yes! We are now offering customization with your own uploaded images and designs. Simply select the “upload” button in the customization tool and upload your image or design to begin. You can add images to the sides of your selected coffee maker, but unfortunately, cannot add customization to the top panel if you choose to use image upload.
