Smart Coffee Maker & Coffee Subscription Program

Welcome to the Support Center for the Keurig® Innovation Test.
This is a special area for participants to access how-to steps and support.

 

Follow these two steps if you’re new to the test:

STEP 1
SCAN

The QR code on the back of the brewer: Use the camera on your smartphone to scan the QR code to download the app and get started or download the Keurig® app.

STEP 2
PLUG IT IN

Remove packing tape from brewer and plug into a grounded outlet. Press any button to POWER the brewer on.

STEP 3
GET CONNECTED

To connect to Wi-Fi®, select "CONNECT" on brewer and in the app.

STEP 4
SET UP

Follow on-screen prompts to sign in and set up.
