Terms and Conditions agreed to by Keurig® Innovation testers:
You acknowledge that all information you learn about the home trial, the test Brewer, and any related information, including without limitation information disclosed in any user survey, user manual, marketing brochure or similar documents is confidential (collectively, the “Confidential Information”). This confidentiality obligation includes, without limitation, (i) not disclosing the Confidential Information to the press, to retail stores or other commercial vendors who offer or may offer coffee makers for sale, to third parties who manufacture or may manufacture coffee makers, or to any other persons except in connection with conducting the home trial and (ii) not discussing or otherwise disclosing the Confidential Information through photos, video recordings, written reviews, summaries or notes in any newsletter, blog, e-mail distribution, advertisement, social networking sites or any other medium that is publicly accessible. The test Coffeemaker to be used by you in the home use test may be shown to friends or visitors to your home, provided that you make them aware of the confidentiality obligations you are subject to hereunder and advise them to abide by such confidentiality obligations as well.
You agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Keurig, its parents, subsidiaries or other affiliates, officers, agents or employees (“Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action of any kind or nature arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury that you may sustain resulting from your use of the Keurig Supreme Plus Smart coffee maker, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the Releasees and regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree that your participation in the home use test is at the sole discretion of Keurig. You agree that neither the email regarding the test, nor your response to it, if any (including agreeing to these terms and conditions) is a guarantee of participation in the home use test. Keurig has a limited number of coffee makers available for home use testing, and Keurig retains the sole and absolute discretion to determine which, if any, customers who respond to the opportunity will be enrolled in the home use test.
As part of the test, you will:
- Connect your K-Custom Smart coffee maker to the Keurig.com app.
- Use the machine and subscribe to our new Smart Auto-Delivery coffee subscription service (terms and conditions apply)
- Purchase 16 boxes over 6 months
- Provide feedback via emailed surveys
You agree that any offers or rewards in connection with participation in the test, including but not limited to the offer to retain your test coffee maker, are conditioned on your adherence to and fulfillment of all terms and conditions applicable to the test. You agree and acknowledge that if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions at any time, your test coffee maker may no longer function and Keurig has the right, at its sole discretion, to demand immediate return of the test coffee maker or charge your account the full retail price of the coffee maker.
