- How do I empty the internal Hot Water Tank of the MINI Plus/K15 brewers? To empty the internal Hot Water Tank, simply follow these instructions:
1. Brewer must be powered off but plugged in.
2. Lower the Cold Water Reservoir Lid.
3. Place a mug on the Drip Tray.
4. Press and hold down the BREW Button and continue to hold until all the water is dispensed into the mug.
5. There will be a 3 to 5 second delay before water begins to dispense.
The Keurig® K15 / MINI Plus brewers are small, compact, and portable – great for traveling. If you plan to travel with your K15 or MINI Plus brewer, we recommend emptying the internal Hot Water Tank. - Why is the Brew Button Flashing Red on my MINI Plus/Keurig® K15 brewer? Under normal operation, the Brew Button will flash red when the brewer is heating and will turn solid red when brewing. If the Brew Button flashes red longer than 3 minutes, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-901-BREW (2739).
- Why is there water in the Drip Tray of my MINI Plus/K15 brewer? If more than 10 oz. is added to the Cold Water Reservoir the excess will collect in the Drip Tray. This is by design and does not necessarily mean water is leaking from the brewer.
- How do I clean the Cold Water Reservoir of the MINI Plus/Keurig® K15 brewer? To access the Cold Water Reservoir, lift the lid. Remove the Water Level Guide and then clean inside the reservoir with a damp, non-abrasive lint-free cloth as necessary. Replace the Water Level Guide and lower the lid when finished.
- What does the red indicator in the Drip Tray of my MINI Plus/K15 brewer mean? The red indicator means that the Drip Tray is almost full. Carefully remove the Drip Tray and empty its contents into the sink and wash with warm, soapy water.
- How much water can I add at a time to the MINI Plus/the Keurig® K15 brewer? You can add between 6 and 10 oz. to the brewer’s Cold Water Reservoir. 10 oz. is the maximum amount that you can brew at one time with these brewers.
- Does my MINI Plus / K15 brewer have an auto-off feature? Under normal operation, the brewer will automatically shut off when it is idle for longer than 90 seconds. Just press the Power Button to restart.
- Where is the serial number located on my K15 Mini Plus brewer? The serial number is located on the bottom, underneath the brewer. Please always remember to make sure the water reservoir is empty before looking for your serial number!
- What are the dimensions of the K15 Mini Plus brewer? • 10.8”H x 6.9”W x 10.7”D

- Do I need to descale my Mini Plus brewer? We recommend regularly descaling your K15 brewer every 3-6 months to help maintain the heating element and any other internal parts that come in contact with water.
- How do I store my K15 Mini Plus brewer? Empty the internal hot water tank and cold water reservoir before storing. Store your brewer in a safe, frost-free environment in an upright position. Storing your brewer in cold temperatures may cause any residual condensation to freeze inside the brewer and could cause damage. Before using your brewer after storage, wipe the cold water tank with a damp, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth and run three cleansing brews (without a K-cup pod). Let the brewer rest at room temperature for at least two hours before powering on.
- Does the K15 Mini Plus brewer have any programmable features? The K15 Mini Plus brewer will automatically turn off after 90 seconds of inactivity.
