I don't understand how to use a 12 oz bag when my Keurig 2.0 uses packs. But I've enjoyed quickly brewing a single cup of coffee or tea so easily.

I thought I was purchasing a "strong" flavorful coffee. Instead I received a weak, "instant coffee" tasted. I had to use extra to get flavor.
