Best latte ever
I bought this hoping it would be easy to use, and it is. I love the latte and so does my husband as he no longer has to go out on bad days to get one from Starbucks for me. Best coffee machine ever.

Terrible design
Second time I’ve had to replace whisk. It falls into my disposable cup and I end up tossing it. Why make such a small piece that detaches so easily? I guess I should be glad I didn’t swallow it.

Would love to give this 5 stars
I would love to give this 5 stars, as I loved using the frother. However, I was the only one in the household that used this and the frother has basically stopped working. Also, the part shows out of stock and I can't even get notified as to when it is going to be back in stock.

Out of Stock?!
I love my Latte machine but with 3 kids in the house who are in to everything this piece was bound to get lost. I can't believe it's out of stock and that I can't even get on a waiting list for an update of when it will be in!
